Many said that the delicious part of the head to be eaten is the brain. because its so "malasa". But most of the people don't like to eat this part of the chicken.But maybe it just depends to the person who like or dislike this type of food,.. but for me it is delicious and you have to try it. So that you'll know what it taste like. |

Heared about "Nilagpang or Lingapang"?
| Lingapang or Nilagpang
One of my papa and uncles favorite pulotan is Nilagpang na haluan/dalag (snakehead). Nilagpang also similar to Cebuano is Tinuwa and to Tagalog Pesa. I don't even know if Nilagpang word is came from Cebuano or Ilonggo language, all I know that its pretty good dish. The fish used for cooking nilagpang iis not just a haluan (snakehead), other fish will be okey in cooking nilagpang. It can be tilapia, turagsoy (mudfish), it can be also a grilled chicken.
The first time I heard about the word nilagpang na turagsoy is from the song of Max Surban titled "Turagsoy".

This kangkong recipe is very much like your typical vegetable tempura, where you coat the vegetable in a very light batter and deep fried until crisp and golden brown.The Kangkong gets to be crispy once fried and the texture is just like eating chips - kinda makes you forget you're eating a vegetable. And it is delicious when to serve hot and have a side sauce with mayonnaise. It can serve also as pulutan and as a snack.

is popular food dish in the Mindanao region of Philippines, all of my neighbors have their own garden of vegetables for law-uy, this is a very simple way of cooking the vegetables. This dish is a counterpart of laswa from the Ilonggos and dinengdeng from the Ilokanos, maybe there are some other vegetable dishes which resembles to this but Law-uy is the most popular name. For this kind of way to cook different kinds of vegetables.

According to my research The word lechón is originated from the Spanish term lechón, referring to a suckling pig that is roasted. Lechón is a popular food in the Philippines, Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, North Sulawesi province of Indonesia, other Spanish-speaking nations in Latin America, and Spain. But nowadays the original use of a suckling pig has given way to a medium-sized adult pig. In most regions especially here in philippines, lechón is prepared throughout the year for any special occasion, during festivals, and holidays. The best and delicious part to be eaten in lechon for me is in belly part. and the skin of it. |

It is usually eaten sprinkled with sugar. Suman is also known as budbod in the Visayan languages and Ibos in Ilonggo language which dominate the southern half of the country. Suman is serve as a delicacy of the Filipinos and it delicious when serves hot in merienda and partner with a chocolate. |
